The Department of Education and Training, Victoria Guidelines for School Outdoor Areas, Safety Management recommends regular audits and maintenance inspections of all your shade structures, basketball and netball rings annually. Every 3 years a Structural Engineer will then to provide certification on the steel work and footings.
